What are the ticket prices?

Adult (Age 12 & up) – $13 at door

Is there a host hotel?

Sheraton Hotel connected to the BJCC by skywalk. You can book a room at a discounted rate.

Are dogs allowed at the show?

Only certified service dogs are allowed at the BJCC.

How do I reserve a booth(s)?

How do I order electricity and/or Wifi Internet for my booth(s)?

You purchase electricity or WiFi through the BJCC by calling 205-458-8691 OR you can purchase it by clicking on the button below. You must know your booth number in order to complete your electricity order.

Is there a host hotel?

Sheraton Hotel connected to the BJCC by skywalk. You can book a room at a discounted rate.

Do you have an info packet?

When and where do I get exhibitor badges?

Exhibitor badges are to be picked up when you check-in for booth setup at the event. Up to 3 complimentary badges per 9’x10′ booth. Extra badges can be purchased $10 each at check-In. Badges are not personalized.

When are setup days and times?

WEDNESDAY (4+ Booths/BULK): 12pm-4pm

THURSDAY: 8am-4pm

FRIDAY: 7am-1pm

SUNDAY BREAKDOWN: 6pm-Midnight

What loading dock do I report to to check-in for booth setup?

If your assigned booth is an upstairs booth #65-1811, you will report to Loading Dock #4, on 11th Ave North

 

If your assigned booth is a downstairs booth #2004-4908, you will report to Loading Dock #1, on 9th Ave North

Where do exhibitors park?

The promoters of the World Deer Expo are excited to announce that they are able to make Lot P12 available for FREE to the exhibitors who are parking a trailer, box trucks, or an RV for the duration of the event.

Spaces are limited!!! This lot will fill up on a first come, first serve basis!!!

Therefore, it will probably be full by Friday morning.

Lot P12 has been designated for ONLY TRAILER, BOX TRUCKS, & RV exhibitor parking for the duration of the event (no in & out privileges).

*All exhibitors please note that the FREE parking in lot P12 supplies parking ONLY for the full duration of the expo. Once an exhibitor enters and parks they must stay parked in this lot until they are ready to leave; otherwise, if they leave the lot, they will not be able to get back into this FREE parking lot. They would have to go to one of the surrounding lots and pay to park again!

All exhibitors who need to park TRAILERS, BOX TRUCKS, & RVS will receive a specific “parking pass” from the World Deer Expo Staff at check-in. Each exhibitor who receives a “parking pass” will be required to give/hand over the parking pass to the Lot P12 parking attendant.

 

Other Surrounding Parking Lots

The following pricing will be required for the exhibitors to pay upon entry:

 

Cars, SUVs, & Trucks w/o trailers         $8.00     per entry

Trucks & trailers (regardless of size)     $25.00   per day

RV’s  (dry camping ONLY)                   $25.00   per day

 

Trucks & trailers, oversized trucks, & RVs can only park in Lots P11, P12, P13, & P14.

18 wheelers can only park in Lot P12

 

*ALL Vehicles can remain parked until Monday, July 16th by check out time/12:00pm in lots 11, 12, 13, & 14, if these are one of the lots you choose.

 

For exhibitors who are staying at the Sheraton Hotel (Our Host Hotel) and DON’T HAVE A TRAILER OR A OVERSIZED TRUCK:

 

You will need to park in the hotel parking garage:

 

  • If you plan to park your vehicle and then not move it again until you’re checking out of the hotel to leave, upon entry to the parking garage, you will press a button to get a “ticket” stamped with the date you arrived, and you will use that “ticket” to pay as you leave. You will be paying $8 per day.
  • If you plan to leave the parking garage, in your vehicle, throughout the duration of our event, you will need to get a yellow “parking pass” to hang from your rear view mirror, when you check-in at the hotel. This pass allows you to have “in and out privileges” to the parking garage throughout your stay at the hotel. The $12 per day fee associated with this pass will be added to your room bill at the Sheraton; which will be paid upon check out.

 

* NO TRAILERS OR A OVERSIZED TRUCKS are allowed in the Hotel Parking Garage.

If I am a food vendor, is sampling allowed?

Sampling is allowed, but in order to sell food, the food must be pre-packaged. You must also fill out a health questionnaire and send to the health department.
